Scottish lakes have concealed dark secrets for centuries. Legends tell of a beautiful black stallion with emerald eyes that appears to lone travelers, seemingly inviting them to mount its back.
Those who gave in to the temptation never returned home. It was said that the horse would gallop straight across the water, dragging its rider into the dark depths of the lake.
Just before death, the victim is said to behold the creature's true form—a decaying, horse-like body, eyes as black as the abyss, and a maw filled with the remains of its previous drowning victims.
